Offers and quotes

An online or phone quote is an estimate based on the details you provide. Your written, confirmed offer is the price we honor at pickup, provided the vehicle matches what you described. If the vehicle differs materially from your description, we will explain any adjustment to you before completing the purchase.

Selling your vehicle

• You confirm you are the legal owner or are authorized to sell the vehicle.
• You agree to provide the documents needed to transfer ownership under Florida law.
• Payment is made at pickup by the method agreed at booking.
• Free towing and removal are included unless stated otherwise in writing.

No hidden fees

We do not charge towing, removal, or processing fees. The amount in your confirmed offer is what you receive.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep site content accurate, but it is provided for general information and may change. Vehicle valuations depend on condition, market, and documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Miami Car Buyer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. This does not limit any rights you have under Florida consumer law.
